I try to keep them as separate as possible, but sometimes they intertwine - which is NEVER a good thing. I love shoes. I love dancing, although I don't really know how. | College: Not Just for Adults |

During the first weeks of class, we were to read our textbooks and then discuss what we have learned with the students next to us. So - me being the type of person to do all of the assignments - actually had something to say. I turned to the young women next to me and asked if they read the book. No, of course they didn't.
So, I gave them a brief overview. It involved the brief history of sexuality....blah blah blah.... One of the interesting things I read about was how it was socially acceptable for the Ancient Greek men to have an interest in young boys.
"Oh yeah, I know about that. I watched Alexander," stated Girl One.
"Ohhh I loved that movie!" stated Girl Two. "Did you see Troy?"
Hence, they began a conversation about movies.
I took a deep breath, and went back to my book.
Perhaps I need to check again, but I swear I enrolled in College, not Junior High |
