I've been stressed. In fact, I've been so stressed, that I raided the Halloween candy, chewed off my left thumb nail - (a childhood habit that reappears only on rare occasion) - and have been researching the local assisted suicide laws.
I've been trapped in this house all week, without a good excuse to get out on my own. It's unfortunate that one is necessary after you get married. You can't simply say, "I need to get away from you people," without hurting someone's feelings.
It's also midterms week. Not only have I managed to neglect my midterm project for Astronomy, but also have fallen behind in my Human Sexuality reading. Study for the test? Ha! I'll be too busy trying to catch up on my Art History assignments. What about writing, you ask? Oh - no problem. My four essays aren't due until Thursday. I hate school. Who's idea was it for me to go back?
Forget assisted suicide. If I do it myself, I won't need any help. |
